A professional spray-applied cork coating for internal and external surfaces. ReveCork Proyect Professional combines natural cork, aerogel and advanced elastic resins to create a breathable, flexible and durable finish available in fine, medium and coarse grades.

Professional Spray Cork in Three Finish Grades

ReveCork Proyect Professional forms a continuous, joint-free coating that supports thermal and acoustic performance while helping protect surfaces from rain, sunlight, changing temperatures and saline environments.

The product is available in fine P/F, 0.2–0.5 mm, medium P/M, 0.5–0.85 mm and coarse P/G, 1–2 mm. This allows the finish and particle size to be matched to the substrate, appearance and project specification.

It is suitable for internal and external use on correctly prepared construction surfaces, including masonry, render, concrete and metal. Its flexibility helps accommodate normal substrate movement and reduce the risk of recurring microcracks.

Spray Cork UK is the exclusive UK distributor of ReveCork.

Fine P/F: The finest particle option, producing a more refined semi-textured finish. Particle size 0.2–0.5 mm.

Medium P/M: A versatile mid-grade option suitable for a wide range of coating and renovation projects. Particle size 0.5–0.85 mm.

Coarse P/G: The largest particle option, creating a more pronounced cork texture. Particle size 1–2 mm.

The product is applied using suitable projection equipment or a gravity gun with a continuous-flow compressor. It is normally applied at approximately 2 kg/m², with a 12 kg coloured container covering around 6–7 m² depending on the application.

Application temperatures range from 1°C to 50°C. The coating is touch dry after approximately 180 minutes at 18–20°C, although drying varies according to the substrate, layer thickness and conditions.

A product warranty of up to 10 years may be available depending on the substrate, geographical location and approved technical specification.
